Wise Consulting, Inc. charges a percentage of the consultants day rate (depending on the Employers specifications), which is placed under Wise Consulting, Inc. insurance umbrella policy. This policy will be reviewed yearly, however, the contract will not need to be replaced for a period of three (3) years, as this is the actual duration of the contract. This policy is expected, but not held responsible, to withstand any rate increase within the duration of the contract period. This strategy is based on the fact that as the cost of insurance becomes more expensive it will be countered by the number of insured Consultant’s placed under this umbrella policy. Along with this, as the number of policies increases, Wise Consulting, Inc. has more negotiating power with the insurance companies.
This is a two fold opportunity for both employer and Consultant. Consultant’s will capture the most of their day-rate pay, allowing the employer to attract high quality consultants that would normally pay a much higher insurance premiums.
Insurance policies that are offered from our company are provided by only the top insurance companies.
